Learn how Website Kendra delivers and activates its digital website services.
1. Digital Service
Website Kendra is a fully digital website creation and management platform. We do not sell or ship physical products.
All services are provided online through your Website Kendra account.
2. Free Website Access
After creating an account, users can immediately access the features included in the free plan.
Users can create their business website, add and manage content, preview their website and use the Website Kendra URL provided by the platform.
3. Paid Subscription Activation
When a user successfully completes payment for a paid subscription, the applicable premium features are activated for the account.
Subscription activation is normally completed automatically after the payment provider confirms the transaction.
4. Custom Domain
Custom domain functionality is available to users with an active subscription that includes custom domain support.
After activation, users can add and configure their domain through the Website Kendra dashboard.
Domain connection may require additional configuration by the user, such as updating DNS records with their domain provider.
5. Payment Confirmation
If a payment is successful but premium features are not activated automatically, please contact our support team with your registered email address and payment details.
We will review the payment status and assist with activation where applicable.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is not successfully confirmed by the payment provider, the paid subscription may not be activated.
Premium features will become available after the payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous access to Website Kendra, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, infrastructure providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
