Certain features, including custom domain support and other premium functionality, require an active paid subscription.

Subscription charges are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected by the user.

Prices and available features may change in the future. Any applicable changes to subscription pricing will be communicated appropriately.

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless the subscription is cancelled before the next renewal date.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring subscription payments according to the selected billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Your paid subscription will normally remain active until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional details.

Custom domain functionality is available only while the required premium subscription is active.

Users are responsible for providing accurate domain information and for maintaining ownership or registration of their domain name.

Website Kendra may provide guidance for connecting a custom domain but does not guarantee the availability, ownership or continued registration of any domain name.

You are responsible for all content you upload, publish or display through your Website Kendra account, including text, images, logos, business information and other materials.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content uploaded to the platform.

You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, infringing or otherwise harmful.

You may not use Website Kendra to create or operate websites that violate applicable laws or regulations.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious software or use the service to conduct fraudulent or abusive activities.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We aim to keep Website Kendra available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws or the security and integrity of the platform.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Website Kendra will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as the platform, features or legal requirements change.

Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of Website Kendra after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by applicable law.
